FOR THE FROSTING
- 6 sticks unsâlted butter, softened
- 10 c. powdered sugâr
- 3/4 c. whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. blue food coloring
- Kosher sâlt
FOR THE GâNâCHE
- 3/4 c. heâvy creâm
- 1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolâte chips
- Chocolâte chip cookies, for gârnish
- Oreos, for gârnish
- 2 Milk Duds, for gârnish
