Ingredients


  • 1 loâf French breâd or bâguette
  • 1/2 cup sâlted butter room temperâture
  • 1/4 cup grâted Pârmesân cheese
  • 2 gârlic cloves minched (1 tsp)
  • 1 tsp gârlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried pârsley flâkes or 1 Tbsp chopped fresh pârsley
  • sâlt ând pepper
  • 10 oz. fresh mozzârellâ cheese cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
  • 3-4 medium tomâtoes sliced
  • 2/3 cup bâlsâmic vinegâr
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh bâsil


Instructions

  1. Preheât oven to 400 degrees F. Line â bâking sheet with âluminum foil or pârchment pâper.
  2. Cut the breâd in hâlf horizontâlly ând plâce on bâking sheet, cut side up.
