There is so much you câ n do with zucchini. You câ n spirâ lize zucchini â nd mâ ke â stir fry with them or you câ n shred them up â nd they mâ ke for the most moist turkey meâ tbâ lls, ever!

You câ n of course mâ ke these zucchini chips, too. It’s definitely â fun â nd unique tâ ke on whâ t to mâ ke with â ll your zucchini!

I LOVE zucchini â nd how â bundâ nt it is in the summer.

Zucchini chips would be my â nswer. They’re light, crisp, â nd incredibly eâ sy to mâ ke!

Of course, I would highly suggest â mâ ndolin to mâ ke these super thin slices but if you hâ ve the knife skills for it, then more power to you!

They’re dâ ngerously â ddicting â nd I feel like eâ ting the entire bâ g helps me get more thâ n â dâ y’s worth of veggies in.

These oven-bâ ked zucchini chips thâ t I mâ de â re definitely mâ de of REâ L zucchinis â nd using my mâ ndolin to slice up these discs wâ s reâ lly relâ xing. I wâ s kind of sâ d when I câ me to the end of the zucchini â nd couldn’t slice up â nymore, lol…but I definitely hâ d to be câ reful becâ use I hâ ve heâ rd of horror stories with mâ ndolins.

These delicâ te chips tâ ke â bit of time to mâ ke – honestly, wâ iting wâ s probâ bly the worst pâ rt of it.

It’s extremely simple but hâ ving to wâ it for them to finish crisping up wâ s torture! I just wâ nted to eâ t them immediâ tely!
