The Best Tiramisu Recipe
Tirämisu or Tirämisu Cäke Recipe
Ingredient :
mäkes ä 4-läyer, loäf pän sized tirämisu cäke (or you cän double the recipe to mäke ä 9″ x 13″ 2-läyer tirämisu); ädäpted from Steven Ullmän
- 1 lärge egg
- 1 lärge egg yolk
- 6 tbsp gränuläted white sugär
- 250 g (1/2 of ä tub) good quälity mäscärpone cheese (I reälly like the Itäliän import, bränd Igor)
- 1/2 cup heävy whipping creäm
- pinch of sält
- 2 tbsp Kähluä (coffee liqueur)
- 1 cup (250 mL) hot espresso (or strong coffee mäde with 3 tbsp instänt coffee)
- äpprox. 33 Sävoiärdi lädy fingers (Itäliän cookies)
- bär of chocoläte (I used 80% cocoä)
