Air-Fried Pork Chops

- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 4 pork loin chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
directions
- Preheat the oven to broil.
- Spread the mustard evenly on both sides of the pork chops.
- In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Dredge the pork chops in the crumbs so both sides are evenly coated.
